Step away from the bun and cheese! I am Canadian but have been living in Jamaica the last few years I can tell you first hand that bun and cheese is all wrong!!! First off the "cheese" is this suspiciously day-glo orange waxy disc that not only does not require any refrigeration it also has the a shelf life older than the sun! The bun is this 40 pound loaf of molasses soaked doom that sticks to the back of throat for days on end before hitting the bottom of your stomach with an audible thud...trust me, you're gonna want to leave the shit alone!
